Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Flow by Plinth website and operational workspace. By accessing Flow, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Flow is a business operations platform for managing linked lead, client, company, office, contract, Ejari, inspection, document, invoice, cheque and payment records. Features may change as Flow is improved. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Flow is not an accounting, legal, banking or government registration service.
2. Accounts and authorised users
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Workspace administrators control invitations, roles and access for their organisation. You may use Flow only if you are legally able to enter these terms and are authorised by the relevant organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Flow unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
- enter information you are not authorised to collect or process;
- attempt to bypass authentication, permissions or security controls;
- upload malware or interfere with the service or other users;
- scrape, reverse engineer or misuse Flow except where law expressly permits it; or
- use the service to send spam, deceptive communications or harmful content.
4. Customer data
You and your organisation retain responsibility for information entered into a workspace (“Customer Data”). You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide and use Customer Data in Flow. You permit us and our service providers to host, process, transmit and back up Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Third-party services
Flow may use or connect to third-party services, including Google, Supabase and Vercel. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual property
Flow, its software, interface, branding and related materials belong to Plinth or its licensors. Subject to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement, we grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Flow for their organisation’s internal business operations. No other rights are granted.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Flow available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important commercial, legal and financial records before relying on or issuing them.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are materially breached, use creates security or legal risk, fees remain unpaid under an applicable agreement, or the relevant organisation withdraws your access. On termination, access to the workspace may end. Data export and retention are subject to the applicable agreement, legal duties and our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flow is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. Flow does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. Any other liability is limited as set out in the applicable commercial agreement or, if none exists, to the amount paid for Flow during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a business reorganisation. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
11. Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent to jsahu@plinth.ae. We may update these terms when Flow or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
